BURLINGTON, Vt. --- Three members of the Vermont track and field team will compete in the NCAA track and field championshipa that begin today in Des Moines, Iowa.
Senior Morgan Powers will run in the 10-thousand meters. Junior Kirsten Weberg will run in the 3000 meter steeplechase and Nika Ouellette will be competing in the javelin. It's Ouellette's second straight appearance at NCAA's, but it's the first time Vermont has sent more than one athlete to the Championship in one season.
