Reporter Gina Bullard met Chad Frame at the Quechee Hot Air Balloon, Craft and Music Festival. Chad is the grandson of Stan Hess, who owns the U.S. Hot Air Balloon Team. So Chad has hot air in his blood. Watch the video for more.
