Addison man denies leading police on chase

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

A high-speed chase over the weekend landed an Addison man behind bars.

Police say they clocked Andrew Leonard, 27, riding his motorcycle at 114 mph on Interstate 89 in Williston Saturday. They say Leonard refused to pull over for police and led troopers on a high-speed chase through South Burlington and Colchester. Police say he lost control of his bike on a dead-end street in Essex. He was arrested after a brief foot chase.

Leonard denied the charges.
