Vermont is one of 16 states that allow the use of marijuana as medicine. Now, the state is getting ready to let shops open to distribute the drug.
State officials are taking applications to determine who will get licensed as an official marijuana dispensary. The new law allows for up to four dispensaries in Vermont.
