BARTON, Vt. -

There are still more questions than answers about two low-flying planes spotted over Crystal Lake.

A witness snapped a photo Thursday afternoon in Barton.

The Vermont Guard confirms the plane in the picture is a C-130, but says it's not theirs. And a guard spokesman says it doesn't belong to three of four units in this region. He's still waiting to hear back from the fourth.

The FAA says there were no military aircraft on radar at the time.

We've now gotten reports of the planes in numerous parts of the state.

Private citizens can buy C-130s, but if it was a government-owned plane, we might never know the answer.
