Pina Bausch tribute performances begin Monday

SHELBURNE, Vt. -

Taking barn dancing to a whole new level. The Dear Pina performers will be strutting their stuff at Shelburne Farms this week.  The group features 34 dancers-- all from vermont.  Its designed and directed by Hannah Dennison as a tribute to Pina Bausch, the well-known German choreographer-- who passed away in 2009-- is credited with changing the shape of dance and influenced many artists around the world.   Bausch frequently used large open spaces--like barns-- for her performances
