KILLINGTON, Vt. -
Killington Ski Resort is at the center of a trial this week.
According to the Burlington Free Press, Alfred Rocks is suing the resort, claiming it failed to maintain trails in a reasonably safe condition.
The 53-year-old New Jersey man crashed on a double black diamond trail three years ago and broke his leg in several places after hitting a rock.
He claims he was then injured again when the ski rescue toboggan that he was in flipped over.
