SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) - Police have identified the pedestrian struck by a taxi cab near the Burlington International Airport.
Police said Dr. Dong Liu of Montreal was dressed in dark clothing and carrying dark luggage as he was walking with traffic on the roadway toward the airport Monday. He is in stable condition at a hospital.
Police say the driver of the Benway's taxi is Robert Stevens. He has not been charged with any crime; police are still investigating the collision.
