LEBANON, N.H. -
Police throughout our region are on the hunt for a burglary suspect who is also believed to be behind the recent theft of a firearm.
Police say Kevin Balch, 33, of Carroll, N.H., burglarized two homes in Lebanon. He is already on probation for two other burglary charges and he is also a suspect in the recent theft of firearms.
Police declined to provide additional details in that case, but officers in Lebanon tried to serve an arrest warrant on Balch. They were unable to find him.
"Along with the fact that he is a suspect in firearm thefts, he is someone that we would like off the street, and I think he knows that. The fact that he is actively evading police just ups the ante in our desire to get him in custody," Lebanon Police Chief Jim Alexander said.
Anyone who may know Balch's whereabouts is asked to contact their local police station.
