Police: Plattsburgh man left pet cats to starve

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -

A Plattsburgh man is facing animal cruelty charges for abandoning his pet cats.

The Clinton County Sheriff's department accuses Ricky Petrashune, 60, of leaving numerous cats in his resident for several months without food and water. Several of the cats died.
