Littleton woman killed in crash

LITTLETON, N.H. -

A head-on crash has taken the life of a woman from Littleton, N.H.

Police say Nora Jacob-Marai, 62, was headed west on Route 116 when she hit a guardrail, bounced off, and then veered into the path of an oncoming pickup truck. Jacob-Marai was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck, Nancy Gledhill, 44, of Lancaster, was not hurt.

Police are not sure what caused the crash, but say speed and alcohol do not appear to have been contributing factors.
