
A Newbury, Vt., man faces charges after a deadly crash in Lebanon that killed a New Hampshire driver in February 2011.
Brewster Thurston, 52, faces negligent homicide charges after police say the trailer of his logging truck came loose and crossed Route 4, hitting Richard Rouleau's van. The Enfield man was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Union Leader reports Thurston is charged with failing to properly secure the trailer to his truck.
