SARANAC, N.Y. (AP) - State Police say a 65-year-old man has died after falling from a two-story roof.
Police say Larry Woodward of Plattsburgh was helping a friend work on a roof in nearby Saranac when he accidentally fell about 11:30 a.m. Friday.
He was alone on the roof when he fell. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
An autopsy has been scheduled for Monday.
Police continue to investigate Woodward's death.
