PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -

A bank robber in Plattsburgh remained "lucky" for a second day in a row.

Plattsburgh police say a black man wearing a hooded sweatshirt with the word "lucky" on it robbed the NBT branch on Route 3 around 1 p.m. Monday.

Tuesday, police set up more roadblocks near the bank around the same time it was held up Monday, hoping someone may have seen the suspect running from the scene.

The bank is now offering a $10,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest in the case.

Anyone with information in the case is asked to call New York State Police at 518-563-3761.
