Winds up to 70 mph slammed the Burlington area just after 7 p.m. Wednesday, tearing down trees and power lines. The storm also packed heavy rain, flooding roadways.
Mayor Miro Weinberger, D-Burlington, appeared on the Channel 3 Morning News to discuss the storm damage in the Queen City.
