BERLIN, N.H. -
Police in New Hampshire have released the identity of a man killed Sunday in a garage fire.
Crews responded to 16 Williamson Avenue in Berlin just after noon Sunday. They say the home's garage was fully involved.
Edward Wedge's body was found inside after the fire was put out. Fire officials say the 73-year-old died of smoke inhalation. They say he had attempted to fight the fire himself.
Investigators say Wedge had been working on a car in the garage when the fire started, and the fire was accidental.
