How will Vt pay for infrastructure repairs?

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

When it comes to Vermont's transportation infrastructure, the demands are not keeping pace with funding. The American Society of Civil Engineers says 32 percent of state bridges are deficient and 48 percent of Vermont roads are in poor or very poor condition.

Richard Watts is an assistant research professor in Community Development and Applied Economics at the University of Vermont.  He's been looking into this. He appeared on The :30 to discuss the issue. Watch the video for more.
