LEICESTER, Vt. -

A power outage in Addison County Saturday night left nearly 25-hundred Green Mountain Power customers in the dark.  

Officials say the outage in the Leicester area was caused by a blown fuse at a former CVPS substation.  It took about 7 hours to fix.
