NH toddler unresponsive after pool accident

NEWPORT, N.H. -

Police say a 19-month-old girl from New Hampshire has been hospitalized after being pulled unresponsive from a residential swimming pool.

It happened yesterday afternoon in Newport. Police believe the girl was in the pool for more than 10 minutes before she was discovered. She was last reported in critical condition at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center. Her name has not been released.
