BERLIN, Vt. -
A rock slide blocked part of Interstate 89 north Monday.
More than 150 tons of rock gave way just before 2 p.m. near the South Barre exit in Berlin, blocking the northbound lanes. One lane is back open now, but crews are awaiting a large excavator with a rock-breaker before they can clear out the rest.
