PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -
For the second time this week, police
have busted a meth lab in Plattsburgh.
Thursday night, the Adirondack Drug
Task Force along with city and state police raided a home on First Street in
Plattsburgh town.
Police arrested Michael Meigs, 35, who
lived in the home, and Francis Estes, 20, of Keeseville, for unlawful
manufacture of methamphetamine. Police say several people, including a child,
were evacuated from the home, and contaminated property was removed.
The bust Thursday night follows a raid
at a home on Eleanor Way on Tuesday in which three people were arrested.
