Ingredients:
Instructions:
Sauté vegetables in olive Oil. Season with salt and pepper. Combine the dry ingredients. Add the buttermilk. When vegetables are translucent, add to mixture. Fold in egg whites. Serve with a small green salad. Accompaniments include crème fraiche, butter and maple syrup, or a green salad.
