Police are investigating an apparent drowning in Plymouth.
It happened on Amherst Lake Sunday morning. Police say 48 year old Michael Bivins, a worker at the Hawk Resort, was attempting to fix a floating trampoline. Police believe the boat he was using got away from him and that he drowned -- possibly from an unknown medical condition. The Bridgewater Corners man was reported to be an experienced swimmer. He was pronounced dead at the Springfield hospital.
