Vermont creates Twitter account to promote state

MONTPELIER, Vt. -

A Twitter trend that sparked in Sweden and is now being started here in Vermont.

An account -- @thisisVT -- will represent the state of Vermont -- and every week a different Vermonter will get a chance to control the tweets for a week.
