Burlington beaches closed due to E. coli

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

Beach-goers out to enjoy a sunny day in Burlington Wednesday were out of luck thanks to high bacteria levels.

North Beach and Leddy Park Beach in Burlington were both closed to swimmers for the past two days because of high levels of E. Coli bacteria.

Test results Thursday were in good standing, so the waters are now back open.
