MONTPELIER, Vt. -
A new study shows who in Vermont is and isn't wearing a seat belt.
The Governors Highway Safety Program announced results of the 2012 survey which shows 84.2 percent of Vemonters say they're buckling up. That's down half a percent from 2011.
That number also means roughly 93,000 Vermonters are not buckling up.
The study also says seat belt use was higher among women than men and lowest among those who drive pickup trucks.
