MORRISONVILLE, N.Y. -
A home in Morrisonville, N.Y., was destroyed after a fire broke out early Wednesday morning.
The home on Woodland Hills Drive was completley engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived around 6 a.m.
No one was home at the time. The homeowner had just purchased the house and was only a week away from moving in.
Officials told the Plattsburgh Press-Republican that construction crews were working on the home the night before.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
