A big win for dogs of Derby, Vt.

DERBY, Vt. -

PetSafe -- a national pet product company -- held an online competition called "Bark For Your Park." The winning town got 100-thousand dollars to build a dog park. That top prize went to a town in Arkansas. But Derby won for the most votes-- per capita -- and will get 25-thousand. Park planners are getting quotes on fencing. The new park could open as soon as September first.
