Foreclosure auction in NY

CLINTON COUNTY, N.Y. -

Dozens of homes are going up for auction starting this week at a foreclosure auction in Clinton County, N.Y.

The auction starts at 9 a.m. Wednesday, and a bidder's seminar will be held Monday night for anyone who is new to foreclosure auctions.

The Plattsburgh Press-Republican is reporting these homes were seized by the county for delinquent taxes.

Officials say all properties are sold as is and potential buyers are encouraged to do their research before bidding at the auction.
