WILMINGTON, Vt. -
Nearly a year after Tropical Storm Irene, more towns are showing progress.
Wilmington's Main Street was hard-hit when the storm rolled through. Some rooms were filled with more than four feet of water and debris.
Among the damages were the town offices and police department in the small town, and both were forced to move. Monday, they are scheduled to reopen in their original homes.
Renovations cost about $80,000 and were covered by the town's flood insurance.
