CHARLESTOWN, N.H. (AP) - Officials are investigating a collision between police cruiser and a pickup truck.
New Hampshire State Police were called to Friday afternoon's accident in Charlestown after the truck crashed into a town police cruiser as it attempted to pull a U-turn to go after a traffic violator.
WMUR-TV said Officer Raymond Gosetti turned on his emergency lights and pulled to the side of the road before 19-year-old Jacob Van Velsore of Charlestown crashed into his car.
Both vehicles had to be towed away. Gosetti and a passenger in the truck reported minor injuries but declined medical attention.
