BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Vermont students will be heading back to class in a couple of weeks. Some are looking forward to a new year; others may be dreading what they're in for. Schools are dealing with a rising number of bullying and harassment complaints.
Now, a new state advisory council aims to get the bullying and harassment out of schools.
Vermont Education Commissioner Armando Vilaseca appeared on the Channel 3 News at 6 p.m. to discuss the problem of bullying and the new council.
