Teaching kids to improve their ability in sports like basketball takes more than just getting them to practice the skill set. Building strength and agility is a big part of getting better. Now, a new basketball camp in the Northeast Kingdom is helping its students do just that.
Anthony Bathalon is one of the creators of the I'm Ready Skills Training program. He appeared on The :30 along with two of his top students, Chris Clowery from Derby Line and Sierra Dubie from Hyde Park, to talk about how they are improving their game. Watch the video for more.
