SALISBURY, Vt. -
A New Jersey man died after he fell from a deck in Salisbury.
It happened early Wednedsay morning on Lake Dunmore Road. Police say Gerard Conroy was visiting family when he fell from a deck, landing 12 feet below on brush and rocks.
Police say the 50-year-old suffered a head injury in the fall and later died at the hospital.
No foul play is suspected. An autopsy will be conducted to determine the cause of death. Police say alcohol may be a factor.
