Vt. prison inmate charged with assaulting officers

ST. ALBANS, Vt. (AP) - A Vermont prison inmate has been charged with grabbing a corrections officer and spitting in the face of another.

Adam Rheaume, 28, is an inmate at the Northwest State Correctional Facility in Swanton.

Police say he's accused of grabbing a corrections officer on July 7, and then spitting at another on Tuesday.
