Crown Point man charged with murder

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -

A 70-year old man from Crown Point is charged with murder.

David Lang is accused of shooting his 63-year old brother Russell in the head in June on their farm on Lake Road. Police say the brothers were arguing and alcohol likely played a role in the shooting. David Lang is being held on a million dollars bail.
