Vt. creamery named nation's best Greek yogurt

BRATTLEBORO, Vt. -

A Brattleboro creamery is turning out the best Greek yogurt in the country.

Green Mountain Creamery took top honors in the Greek Yogurt category of the World Dairy Expo Championships. Its vanilla won first place and pineapple won second place.

The competition drew entries from all over the U.S. Judges evaluated flavor, body, texture, appearance and color.

Commonwealth Dairy will attend the October awards ceremony in Wisconsin.
