BURLINGTON, Vt. -
Burlington is always looking for new ways to welcome visitors from Canada. But a new discovery at some local restaurants is doing just the opposite. Servers were found adding automatic gratuities to bills of diners who appear to be French-Canadian-- even calling it the "Queeb Tax."
