PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -
The Clinton County Sheriff's Department is investigating a hit and run accident involving a bicyclist.
It happened just before 5 p.m. last night on Moffit Road in Plattsburgh near the I-87 interchange. Twenty-eight-year-old Rasario Farnhan was reportedly struck from behind. He was knocked unconscious, but suffered only minor injuries. Police say a woman was driving the car and had a child with her. The child reportedly got out of the car and moved the bike across the street. The only description of the car is it is white. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
