HANOVER, N.H. -
The mastermind behind the murders of two Dartmouth College professors over a decade ago may be looking to get his sentence reduced.
Robert Tulloch was just 17 years old when he and his friend Jimmy Parker, 16, killed Dartmouth College professors Half and Susanne Zantop. The Chelsea, Vt., teens both pleaded guilty and Tulloch was sentenced to two consecutive life sentences without the possibility of parole.
Now at age 29, Tulloch is exploring whether he is entitled to a new sentencing hearing under a recent U.S. Supreme Court ruling that found it was unconstitutional to issue mandatory life prison sentences for juvenile murderers.
