2 arrested in violent home invasion

ENOSBURGH, Vt. -

A violent home invasion targeted an elderly man in Enosburgh. It happened Monday at about 6:30 p.m.

Police say Damian Delisle, 20, of Enosburgh, and Timothy Lacross, 17, of Berkshire, broke into a home and demanded prescription drugs from the 84-year-old resident. Police say Delisle pistol-whipped the man, breaking his nose.

The suspects were arrested a short time later. They're charged with burglary and aggravated assault. Both were held on bail.
