The supervisor for the Vermont State trooper accused of timecard fraud has been transferred.
Lt. Mark D. Thomas was the station commander for the Williston State Police barracks and the direct supervisor of former Sgt. Jim Deeghan, who's accused of falsifying his time sheets.
Both Thomas' and Deeghan's signatures appear on the time sheets in question.
The Burlington Free Press reports the State Police have reassigned Thomas to headquarters in Waterbury.
Deeghan has pleaded not guilty.
