Deadly crash on Adirondack Northway

PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. -

A man from New Russia New York was killed in a car crash in Plattsburgh.

It happened Saturday night on Interstate 87. Police say 49-year-old Paul McCoy was traveling northbound when his truck struck a guardrail on a slight curve, crossed both lanes of traffic, and struck the guardrail on the opposite side of the highway. McCoy was partially ejected from his truck.

Speed and alcohol are believed to be factors.
