One year ago, the rains from Tropical Storm Irene began dumping up to nine inches of water in some areas. The floodwaters wreaked havoc up and down Vermont.
Since that day, much of the state has recovered from Irene but in some areas recovery is still underway. For a look at where the state is now in the task of coming back after Irene, Mike McCune spoke with Sue Minter, the state's Irene Recovery Officer.
