GEORGIA, Vt. -
An accident in Georgia Tuesday left a driver upside down in a chilly river.
Rescue crews say the driver was going too fast to make a sharp turn on Highbridge Road and the vehicle plunged into the water. The driver was able to undo his seatbelt as his vehicle overturned and sank. The man was not badly hurt, but was taken to the hospital for treatment of hypothermia and shock.
