TOWNSHEND, Vt. (AP) - Vermont State Police say a man is accused of threatening a neighbor and firing several gunshots outside his home. No one was hurt.
Roger Decato, 54, of Townshend, is facing charges of reckless endangerment, possession of marijuana and disorderly conduct.
Police responded to the area at about 4:20 p.m. Tuesday after receiving a 911 call. They said Decato was threatening violence toward a neighbor.
Police said Decato fired rounds outside his home. After a short time, officers took Decato into custody.
