Vt. Senate races decided

BURLINGTON, Vt. -

In the Chittenden County Senate race, incumbents Tim Ashe, Philip Baruth, Sally Fox and Ginny Lyons win. Former Representative David Zuckerman is also in. Debbie Ingram has not been declared a winner, but as of noon Wednesday, she leads the competition.

In Franklin County, Dustin Degree and Norm McCallister won the Republican spots on the November ballot.

In the Essex/Orleans Senate district, John Rodgers will join Bobby Starr as the Democratic nominees.

And in both Windham and Orange counties, the incumbent Democrats fended off primary challenges to make the general election ballot.
