BERLIN, Vt. -
A new task force aimed at bullying prevention holds its first meeting Aug. 31.
The Harassment, Hazing, and Bullying Prevention Advisory Council is meeting to develop a preliminary action plan for the coming months.
The council will provide resources, strategies and advice to schools and coordinate statewide activities aimed at curbing bullying.
The meeting is at 10 a.m. at the department's licensing and business office in Berlin and is open to the public.
