What's Cooking: Margaritas

Texas Roadhouse shows us how to make a delicious margarita for Labor Day parties.

Equipment:

Jigger

Glassware

Ice

Salt

Mixing tin or Shaker

Strainer

Ingredients

1 ¼ tequila

¾ Premium Triple sec

Splash of Orange juice

Splash of Agave nectar

5 oz of Sweet N Sour mix

Directions:

Poor all ingredients into shaker

Shake well

Moisten rim of glass and dip into salt to salt the rim

Add ice cubes and pour drink mix from shaker into prepared glass

For frozen variety pour all ingredients including ice cubes into blender and mix on high until liquid and ice are slushy. Pour into prepared glass.
