RICHFORD, Vt. (AP) - Vermont police say a pair of scuffles led to a string of arrests for assault, disorderly conduct and underage drinking at a bar in the town of Richford.
Vermont State Police say the first fight inside Bottom's Up Bar late Saturday led to an arrest for assault before a second confrontation broke out on Main Street.
The Franklin County Sheriff's Department asked for state police help and there were several arrests including a 19-year-old for underage drinking and disorderly conduct.
All told five people were taken into custody.
